As the owner of Strive, a martial arts and coaching business, she combines the principles of martial arts with leadership and empowerment coaching to help people unlock their full potential. Michele created Strive to ensure that everyone is seen, valued, and has a place to grow, believing in the inherent power of what each person is capable of. Her approach, Integrated Mindset and Empowerment Coaching, aligns mind, body, and spirit, guiding individuals and teams to overcome limitations and pursue purpose-driven goals.
